I am a Medical Microbiologist (M.Sc.), Bioinformatician, and Published Clinical Researcher currently serving as a Tutor in the Department of Microbiology at MGM Medical College & Institute of Health Sciences, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. My research and engineering focus on Infectious Disease, Immunology, Cell Biology, and Multi-Omics Machine Learning Workflows.
By combining over 5 years of hands-on clinical diagnostic and academic experience (spanning Bacteriology, Parasitology, Mycology, Serology, TB, and Molecular Diagnostics) with modern computational biology, I bridge wet-lab clinical evidence and systematic literature synthesis with reproducible dry-lab automation.
My work spans first-author peer-reviewed clinical research on Antimicrobial Resistance (VRE) and PROSPERO-registered systematic reviews on opportunistic protozoan pathogens (Pentatrichomonas hominis), alongside end-to-end bioinformatics pipelines for whole-genome
Tip
🔬 Translational Research Highlight: Co-designed and completed a global systematic review (2000–2026) investigating Pentatrichomonas hominis as an opportunistic pathogen in immunocompromised hosts (PROSPERO CRD420261422321, submitted for publication), paired directly with an open-source multi-omics detection pipeline (phominis-multiomics-pipeline).
