- Leads with Execution, Filesystem, and Orchestration as top-level sections, matching the landing page's framing of the three pillars
- Replaces the "Why agentOS" bullets with the runtime mechanism (sidecar-owned kernel, V8 isolates, WASM), and demotes the sandbox comparison to "when to use a sandbox instead"
- Collapses three benchmark tables into one summary table, linking to /docs/performance for percentiles, host tiers, and methodology
- Folds the 12-item feature list into a documentation index covering Getting Started, Agents, Execution, Orchestration, Operating System, Extension, Reference, and Architecture
- Fixes dead links: /docs/benchmarks -> /docs/performance, /docs/js-runtime -> /docs/javascript
- Removes the webhooks claim, which linked to /docs/webhooks — a page that does not exist
