Bug of sim.create_body and sim.create_visual_shape

When I try to change the scale of the mesh (ellipsoid.obj), it is not working actually. I think is these two functions problem. when I use the function of pybullet, p.createVisualShape and p.createMultiBody is working.

Meanwhile, I also read the paper about manipulability ellipsoid, how do you change the shape of the ellipsoid in Real-time in pybullet?
