Grout fails to download BIOS

BIOS files are failing to download. I've only tried with SegaCD. The 3 bios files are present on RomM and Grout is showing them as selection to download. However it fails. I can download the bios files in the RomM interface okay.

Reproduction Steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Sega CD
2. Press Menu button for BIOS
3. Press Start to Download the 3 selected BIOS files
4. Grout responds All Downloads Failed!
5. Press A
6. Grout responds Failed to download 3 BIOS file(s).

Expected Behavior
Grout should download the bios files. They are not present on device and Grout recognizes this.
