🤖 suggested review level: 3 Read 📖 one rich-text field on two models, shown on one portal page

Admins can now write an intro for each Story Share sector and age range page, so those pages open with context instead of jumping straight into stories.

  • Storage — ActionText rhino_story_share_intro on Sector and Category, so no migration.
  • Editing — Rhino editor on the sector form, and on the category form for age ranges and story populations only.
  • Display — under the title on single-sector or single-audience Story Share pages.
    • Combined filters (e.g. two sectors) show no intro.
  • Admin shortcut — admin-only "Add intro" / "Edit intro" button on the page.
    • Passes return_to=story_share; saving returns to that Story Share page.
  • Not in scope — the Story Share home intro is still fixed in code.

Only the Story Share home had intro text, and it lived in code. Sector and
audience pages opened straight into stories with no framing, and changing any
copy needed a deploy.
