… Nadu, Lahore…) Staging's snapshot showed these states on addresses that can carry no country; each names only one country, so they translate instead of landing in the hand-fix list. A dry run's totals don't let anyone check individual records before writing; each change is now a CSV row (person/organization/submission ids, field, before, after) in the saved report, and on the console with VERBOSE=true. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
