Rails console and every web/job boot in production no longer print ~15 "Instrumentation … was successfully installed" lines.

How did you approach the change?

• Custom OTel logger drops only messages starting Instrumentation: and containing was successfully installed.
• OTel's other INFO lines, plus WARN/ERROR (exporter failures, install errors), still print.
• Kept the log level at INFO on purpose — raising it to WARN would hide any future INFO messages too.

Anything else to add?

• Initializer is skipped in dev/test (Rails.env.local?), so no spec runs it.
  • Checked by loading it in a standalone script: install line suppressed, other INFO and WARN lines printed.
• If the gem rewords the message, the lines just come back. Nothing breaks.
