This row preserves a transient development branch rather than a current deployment requirement, so it becomes stale when that branch is renamed or deleted. Remove it and retain only current release and deployment facts; the repository documentation rules explicitly prohibit process history and task chronology.

Hosted Environments can wait for the next lifecycle scan before allocation. Notify the existing lifecycle owner after Session creation commits, and recover missed notifications when pending input is committed. Placement, lease, capacity, one-shot Create and periodic recovery remain authoritative.
Add six bounded E2B Create stage timings for allocation-level diagnosis, excluding SDK error text, credentials and command output. Fix subprocess output collection so the embedded buffer's ReadFrom cannot bypass the byte limit.
Validation:
No schema or SQL changes. Rebuild Core and its bundled E2B helper together; no Runtime template change is required. The beta integration ledger records these deployment requirements. Production latency improvement requires separate live verification.
