B-225 PR-F2（sandbase-monorepo 迭代 T-009）。只改公开文档
api-reference/webhooks.md，不打 docs tag。依赖：内容对应 apiserver PR-1（sandbaseai/sandbase-monorepo#1036）上线后的契约，建议在 PR-1 合并后合并；monorepo 链为 PR-0 #1035 → PR-1 #1036 → PR-2 #1037 → PR-3 #1038 → PR-4 #1039 → PR-6，PR-5（sandbaseai/sandbase-admin#4）在 PR-0 之后任意时点。

25d6e152：webhook 只订阅 Model 事件；示例改为resourceType:"model"+model.generation.*；字段表注明session/sandbox/template已下线、新建返回 400；删除 Session 事件表、Session 投递示例与agentID字段a52966ed：事件表补model.generation.cancelled；per-task 回调状态补 cancelleddfc026d6：存量行 PATCH 说明与 api §3.2 对齐（除非同一请求把resourceType改为model，否则 400）/events/webhooks路径、鉴权、签名、重试描述不变门禁
npm run test:api-reference（59 pages ok）、npm run test:links（2570 ok）、npm run test:doc-content（117 ok）、npm run build通过测试文件处理
