R37's inline-builder module exceeded a supervised 3 GiB RSS limit in MIR builder-reservation validation. The exact state inventory retained dead Boolean/SSA histories and allocated dense whole-function vectors for each state.

Project only dead SSA and Boolean facts using conservative CFG may-liveness, and store exact non-default identities/Boolean facts in ordered maps. Keep ownership slots, arguments, reservations, branch semantics and validation transfers unchanged. The authenticated failing module now completes both per-unit checking and MIR emission at about 1.25 GiB; the helper control also passes. The separate native-producer CPU investigation remains outside this change. No language or emitted-code change.

Validation: differential visited-work and Boolean/backedge owners, existing forged/native builder owners, source/import/cache/native driver owners, private 3 GiB/240 s replay, bounded gate and Clippy. Update one stale pre-MIR diagnostic expectation without weakening its invalidation check. Private consumer source remains outside Git. Plan247 records the closure matrix and measurement limits.
