Release 0.7.4

Before: the package still said 0.7.3, and the changes since then sat under [Unreleased], which had a second, duplicate ### Fixed heading.

After: pyproject.toml, uv.lock and CITATION.cff say 0.7.4, released 2026-10-18. The changelog has a [0.7.4] section that opens with the new v5.1 UltraBERT reference parser (#209) and the two changed defaults: reference-manager files hold only printed values unless you pass --prefer record, and the resolver timeout is now 30 s instead of 10 s. Once this merges, tagging v0.7.4 on the merge commit publishes the release.

How: this is rebuilt on main after #209. uv lock changed only bibr's own version line, and tests/ci pass.
