CARTO now watermarks its raster tiles when they are requested without an API key. sepal-ui 2.22.2 builds the light and dark backgrounds from
CARTODB_BASEMAP_KEY, which the platform injects through the kernel, and falls back to a keyless provider when it is unset.gdal=3.8.3caps conda-forge's rasterio at 1.3.9, so pip installs its own 1.4.x wheel over it, with a second GDAL and PROJ vendored inside. Bumping the pin lets conda supply rasterio 1.4.3 and keeps one GDAL in the environment. Same change as sepal-contrib/planet_active_fires_explorer#63.The ipyvuetify cap now comes from sepal-ui's own metadata, so it does not need repeating here.
