Summary

  • Default Android to the existing fork/exec implementation because Android lacks posix_spawn_file_actions_addchdir_np.
  • Preserve explicit SUBPROCESS_SPAWN_VIA_FORK overrides.

Fixes #121.

Validation

  • Regular subprocess_test passed.
  • No Android runtime validation was available.
  • Sanitizer test previously stalled.
