The README listed "No sync. One machine, one vault" as a missing piece and pointed at the design. Phase one is merged, so that now reads as a feature table describing a different program. Three corrections rather than one line: - Sync is a feature row, with the part that matters in it: no account, no provider API, no network request. - "No sync" becomes "sync is manual", which is the true remaining limit and says why — merging two vaults is worth watching work before anything automatic depends on it. - The network row keeps its promise explicitly: sync adds no request, because it writes a file. That line is the one a stranger checks first, and a feature that quietly added a third request would make a liar of it. Travel Mode moves to the top of the roadmap. It was blocked on not having a restore path, and sync is that path. 915 unit tests, 43 end-to-end.
