The static helper inherited main-actor isolation from VideoPreviewView, so loadTracks' non-Sendable result crossed into the main actor and failed on CI's older SDK. It touches no UI state, so make it nonisolated.

CI on main has failed since 2e0c808 because the runner's older SDK doesn't mark AVAssetTrack/CIContext as Sendable. This makes the static extractAudio helper nonisolated so no non-Sendable value crosses into the main actor. Earlier commits on main already fixed the CoreImage contexts and the mixdown test.
