KiQuestion failure message references a "Learn how to derive Ki" button that doesn't exist #227

Problem

`src/components/quiz-questions/KiQuestion.tsx` line 102 sets `failureMessage='Visit the "Learn how to derive Ki" button above...'` — but no such modal or button exists in the Competitive Binding module. The High Affinity module has a `KdDerivation` modal wired onto its Kd quiz page; the Competitive Binding module has no equivalent for Ki. Students who answer the Ki question incorrectly are directed to content that was never built.

Fix

Build a `KiDerivation` modal for the Competitive Binding module (mirroring `KdDerivation`'s existing pattern) and wire it onto the same content page as the `KiQuestion` quiz, so the failure message's existing wording points at something real.
