Serbian language support contribution

We would like to contribute support for the Serbian language to Teedy.

After reviewing the repository, we prepared the following files:

sr.json
angular-locale_sr.js

We also noticed that the Dockerfile already includes optional support for Tesseract language packages, and it appears that tesseract-ocr-srp and tesseract-ocr-srp-latn could potentially be added for Serbian OCR support.

Is there anything else we can provide from our side, or any additional changes that would be needed to add Serbian language support?

Yes, of course.

Just a small disclaimer: I'm not familiar with the Java and JavaScript parts of the codebase, so I may miss some required changes beyond the translation and locale files. I'll prepare a pull request and would appreciate any guidance during the review process.
