This pull request implements and fixes the KoalaTech CI/CD pipeline. It adds pull request CI validation, fixes Docker image build and push commands, enables deployment to staging following successful CI, runs staging smoke tests, and enables automatic production deployment after successful staging validation. Docker images are tagged using the commit SHA to ensure the same tested version is promoted through the deployment pipeline. The frontend header was also updated to demonstrate successful continuous deployment.
