could you please give instructions on how to deploy this? i don't see a makefile or similar and i don't know enough about ngx extension development to figure out how to do it, that config file looks like it somehow fits into nginx' source tree or something? if it helps: what i currently have is an openresty ngx build local to the instance i want to deploy it to
