The v0.70.0-rc.1 prerelease gate failed in Suite — race (personal + server):
go test -short -race ./internal/...uses Go's default 10m per-package timeout, andinternal/servernow needs more than that under-raceon a hosted runner ("panic: test timed out after 10m0s" in run 37109002885). The PR CI already gives these packages 20m and 40m (unit-tests.yml).Changes:
-timeout 30m, jobtimeout-minutes25 → 40-timeout 20mNo test or coverage changes;
cmd/release-gateworkflow audit tests pass.
