Project Membership

This PR introduces a request-based project membership flow.

Backend

• Added ProjectMembershipRequest for join requests and owner invitations.
• Added APIs for requesting, inviting, accepting, rejecting, cancelling, leaving, and managing members.
• Accepted requests promote users to member.

Frontend

• Added join request, invitation, cancellation, and leave flows to the project page.
• Added membership management to the project edit page for owners.
• Added an Invites tab to the user's profile.
• Improved project actions by moving More actions into a dropdown.
• Invite search excludes existing members and users with pending requests.

Owner Invitations

The project owner can invite users and manage pending invitations.

  

Join Requests

Users can request to join a project, while the owner can review incoming requests.

Tested all functionality and they work! Some issues:

• Member count on project page is incremented, but the pop up list doesn't show new members.
  Looking forward to merging this and seeing it work with notifications.
