Describe the bug
When trying to delete a Collection Object with a DNA Table relationship, you are unable to delete the record because the Extractor is dependent on the DNA Table. This will prevent you from deleting the record even if there is no attached Extractor.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to a Collection Object with one or more DNA Sequences attached.
- Click on Delete.
- See error
Expected behavior
You should be able to delete this with no issue. This could be done by making Extractor dependent on DNASequence through DNASequence -> extractors , and delete the Extractors for a sequence when the sequence is deleted or by making Extractor independent of DNASequence by not requiring a DNASequence. The first option is used many times within Specify (ex. AccessionAgent, BorrowAgent, etc.) but the second fix can be done as an Extractor's role can exist without DNASequences they've extracted.
