Proposal - move Forensics Wiki AFF developers guide article to this project#64

While doing some clean up of Forensics Wiki I came across: https://github.com/forensicswiki/wiki/blob/main/docs/aff_developers_guide.md

I would propose moving this guide to this project, or dedup if this documentation exists within this project.

Thoughts?

I think that's a great idea. I'm pretty sure that guide does not already exist in here. Feel free to create a PR or I can when I get a chance.
