llmman is a local model runner that serves the Ollama and OpenAI-compatible APIs on port 17434. It already works through the generic custom provider type, exactly like Ollama; this PR only makes it discoverable.

  • README.md: mention llmman in "Bring Your Own LLM" and add a custom snippet with api_endpoint = "http://localhost:17434/v1".
  • cli/src/onboarding/byom.rs: add llmman to the module docs and the onboarding hint.
  • libs/shared/src/models/llm.rs: add llmman to the ProviderConfig::Custom doc comment.
  • No new provider variant: llmman is fully covered by custom and needs no API key.

Testing: cargo fmt --all -- --check and cargo check -p stakpak -p stakpak-shared pass; docs/comments only, no code paths changed.

AI-assisted, reviewed before submitting.

llmman (https://github.com/llmmanorg/llmman) serves the Ollama and
OpenAI-compatible APIs on port 17434 and already works via the generic
`custom` provider, but nothing tells users which endpoint to use.
Mention it next to Ollama in the README, the BYOM onboarding hint and
the `ProviderConfig::Custom` doc comment. No code paths change.
