If we would lift up the single language folders into the repository's root, it could be used as a [git submodule](https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-Tools-Submodules) in /statamic/resources/lang Would be more in line with the _version control everything_ mentality, and simplify updating languages along with statamic itself. What do you think?
