frontend/src/components/ResultTable.tsx— ThreatTags 新增scannerVendorTags:scanner 分类的 details 里取 scanner_ranges 源的 native_categories,逐条渲染为 chip(橙色系,悬停 title=来源);去重,封顶 3 条,溢出显示+N。12 · Stretchoid(3)形)不进标签列,仍留在展开面板 —— 标签列只收自报段声明,不收观测计数。验证 / Validation
