Cirrus hanging after address selection when moving between multiple accounts

Probably low priority since users likely won't be switching back and forth between wallets.

When logging out and back in between wallets, the UI starts hanging briefly after address selection in Cirrus. Have not verified Stratis side of it.

Looks like a frontend code related lockup, maybe some observables not being handled for unsubs or some other memory leak.

I'll find some time to dig into this myself, posting here in the meantime.

Hey @mrtpain, there were some observables not being unsubbed, those should be fixed in 2.0.0.0.
I'll leave this open to recheck once Core 2.0.0.0 is out. I expect Cirrus Core 2.0.0.0 to be launched early next year as well.
