Programmatic API access is better suited for our use case.

We plan to use the official API through our backend to retrieve Hadith data programmatically, validate references, and keep our database synchronized with the official source when updates are available.

We would prefer programmatic API access rather than an offline dump because our application needs controlled, reference-based retrieval and verification.

I am developing HalalWise, an Islamic educational platform with an AI-powered Islamic Assistant.

The API will be used through our backend to retrieve Hadith data programmatically for source verification, reference-based retrieval, citations, and educational search. We want to ensure that Hadith references presented by the application are grounded in reliable source data rather than generated or unverified text.
