Description

Updated the Flutter Sample Browser installation documentation to improve usability, content organization, and platform discoverability across all supported environments.

Changes Made

Added a unified table-based layout for accessing the Flutter Sample Browser across supported platforms.
Consolidated platform-specific installation and access information into a single section.
Added direct access links and store/download options for:
- Google Play Store (Android)
- Flutter Web Sample Browser
- Microsoft Store (Windows)
- TestFlight (iOS)
- Snap Store (Linux)
Included supported operating system and browser requirements for each platform.
Included iOS TestFlight installation guidance and prerequisite information.
