Design ingest for uploads larger than 2 GiB #467
Description
Follow-up from the review of PR 437 (comment). The 2 GiB ceiling in upload_stream.py is a placeholder. Files larger than that still need a design.
POST /ingest/jobs rejects a body over JOB_MAX_BYTES. #449 tracks a resumable or direct-to-storage upload, which may be how a file larger than 2 GiB gets in. This issue is the cap, not the dropped-connection case.
