The dApp's provider entrypoints disagreed about testing and repeated stale environment, command, and release details. Consolidate shared instructions in AGENTS.md and make CLAUDE.md import it.
Keep EVM number handling, migration compatibility, wallet readiness and zero-turn checks, application/shared-library boundaries, and the develop/master release mechanism. Link to current source and wallet procedures for changing details. Correct the copied fast-forward release description against the actual workflow.
Validation: all seven Markdown references resolve; package test targets and release workflow checked; diff check passes. Eight hosted checks passed, including build, tests, lint, formatting, links, scan, title, and CodeQL. Independent review found no blocker. Documentation only; no release marker or production promotion requested.
