Summary

• Add /phone/ beside the existing landing page and /app/ on GitHub Pages.
• Embed the real Expo web app in a scaled iPhone-sized frame, with a scrolling hint and a dismissible browser-limitations notice.
• Link to the preview from the landing page and document the URL.

Acceptance criteria

• The landing page keeps its current content and links to /phone/.
• /phone/ loads the same app as /app/ at phone width and scales the frame to fit the window.
• The notice closes and stays dismissed for the current browser tab.
• /app/ remains available as the full web app; native builds are unchanged.

Verification

• npm run typecheck --workspace=@hackyeah/website — passed.
• npm run typecheck --workspace=@hackyeah/mobile — passed.
• npm run build:pages — passed with the Supabase publishable configuration; output contains dist/pages/phone/ and dist/pages/app/.
• Local Pages preview: followed the landing-page link, confirmed the Expo app loaded in the frame, and confirmed the notice stayed dismissed after reload.
