tefra/xsdata#1228 made
ParserConfig.resolve_entitiesdefault toFalse. The voko test only setload_dtd, so the external DTD loaded but its entities weren't expanded, and text such as<trd lng="ca">àbac</trd>serialized as<trd lng="ca"/>.This turns on
resolve_entitiesinvoko/test_bindings.py. The output matches the committedvoko/output/abak.xmlagain.
