readme: a Community section pointing at the tensor4all Matrix space - #143

Conversation
A short Community section under the fork description, the same shape tenferro-rs uses: questions and discussion in the tensor4all Matrix space (`#tensor4all:matrix.org`), bug reports and feature requests in the GitHub issues. The upstream zulip stays as the upstream community, and the section says plainly that the fork's own channel is Matrix.

The maintainer's instruction (2026-10-29): a short Community section directly under the fork description, the same shape tenferro-rs uses.
What it says
Markdown only, English, no dashes as punctuation. Placement is directly below the fork description blockquote, before the logo and the
# faertitle.
