The README had no path to a single number: a reader had to know to browse
result/<profile>/report.md. This adds that path.Resultssection: a table linking every committedprofile's
report.md, with the machine, thread count and measuredtensor4all-rs revision in the same row, plus a pointer to
result/README.md.result/README.mddescribes one profile directory (run.yaml,raw/,report.md), says which artifact is generated, and states that a-<n>tprofile is read against that machine's single-core profile rather than
instead of it.
