Adds a
FlociContainerbacked byfloci/floci:1.7.0. It exposes Floci's edge port, waits for theReady.log, and provides URL and ExAws connection helpers.The integration tests cover the initialization endpoint and an S3 bucket/object round trip.
FLOCI_BASE_URLremains optional because Docker's mapped host port is only known after startup.Testing
