Reasoning Relay independent review completed with no blocking or non-blocking findings.
The reviewer independently inspected the complete seven-file PR diff and relevant surrounding source through GitHub. CI was still running at the review's final check and has since passed: https://github.com/thatfactory/agent-guidelines/actions/runs/39494123703 Original Relay-returned response (line breaks were absent in the returned text): Local checks and completion-audit evidence are recorded in the PR description. Automatic Codex configuration is unknown, with no current-head execution signal observed; no manual Codex review was requested. |

Reusable custom styles can change appearance abruptly, while an animated thumbnail can repeatedly draw an oversized original. This change makes component-owned visual transitions and retained display-appropriate images explicit shared policy in
Guidelines/Swift/SwiftUI.md.Audit enforcement is requested and included: the completion audit checks changed components and directly affected consumers for transition ownership, both enabled-state directions, immediate functional state, stable identity, animation scope, derivative lifetime, and actual interaction evidence. Apple references support animation transaction scope and ImageIO downsampling. The existing Reduce Motion paragraph is unchanged.
Prepare release 0.0.41 with matching VERSION, changelog, and both README subtree commands. No product APIs, dependencies, consumer migrations, universal image sizes, provider blame, frame-rate threshold, or regex performance linter are introduced. The validator protects the guidance contract, not application performance.
Validation on macOS:

Originating consumer guidance was verified at the current 0.0.40 tag with exact tree provenance and generated-subtree attributes before central edits. Adoption of 0.0.41 remains separate.
Scenario walkthroughs (policy evaluation, not claimed application runtime tests):
No simulator or Instruments run is applicable to this central documentation/validator change. Consumer motion changes will require the newly specified evidence. Exact-base/head Reasoning Relay review and green CI are required before merge and release.
