…ndency Split flash_customize_preview_scripts() into two functions so the color-scheme-control script (needs iris/customize-controls, only registered in wp-admin) only enqueues on customize_controls_enqueue_scripts, not customize_preview_init (the front-end preview iframe, where those deps don't exist).
