Avoid ads for people who have donated on Github or Ko-Fi

A recent donation on Ko-Fi mentioned a cookie or something similar to avoid ads without having ad-blocker turned on. It would be a nice perk for the people who donate to avoid ads.

Because of this blog being a static site, it would not really make much sense to have it in this codebase. It could then easily be found by either skimming the code, or inspecting in the browser. Maybe an external service I make? A simple code or cookie the users could activate somehow?

Putting it here so I have it in my backlog 🙂

Have now removed the google ads. Might look into removing the google analytics stuff as well in the future.
