tooling: emu-verify.sh and checks/*.sh need adb on PATH in headless worker shells #723
Description
Headless worker shells start without the SDK platform-tools on PATH. remote-emu.sh and seed-test-media.sh got a PATH line (71946e345, d4fc7ecbb), but emu-verify.sh and support/scripts/checks/library-backup.sh still fail with 'adb: command not found'; the #655 UX worker had to export PATH by hand.
Fix: put the PATH line in one place (a shared sourced helper, or emu-verify.sh before it calls the check scripts) and drop the per-script copies.
