This release PR is based on an invalid release state: #48 manually advanced the Release Please-managed files to 0.5.0, but no uzi-v0.5.0 tag/GitHub release was created. As a result, this PR incorrectly skips to 0.6.0 and re-collects already released history. #50 restores the managed files to the last actually published release (0.4.0). After that lands, the release workflow should generate the intended 0.5.0 Release Please PR.
