Refs #66.
Moves §7 of
SPECIFICATION.md, the FOLD contract, intoFOLD.mdand deletes it there. The output page described the file already; it now carries what §7 held beyond that: the baseline frame before the first fold and the self-contained indexing of every folded frame,file_specandfile_creator, the face order, and the shapes of the entries ofbeloch:edges, beloch:marksandbeloch:free, each checked against the file the kernel writes. The sentence that called §7 the field-level contract is gone, and the kernel document points at the page. With §7 the last numbered section has left the specification, and the head of the file goes with it: the version list and the rule of the "since" tags were the history of the sections, which Git holds (decided 2026-10-08). The file opens with the sentence on its dissolution and holds Appendix A, Appendix B and the references.
