Found some typos, would be nice to see the road towards fixing them in the ecosystem. Please approve and I'll happily submit changes to downstream packages as well.

update proto rust bindings:

Extention -> Extension
    TransactionExtention, BlockExtention, BlockListExtention, TransactionListExtention.
TxCode::Sucess -> Success
BandwithError -> BandwidthError
ReasonCode::PEER_QUITING -> PEER_QUITTING
SmartContract.ABI.entrys -> entries
Account.latest_opration_time -> latest_operation_time
Transaction.TranscationType -> TransactionType
