Fixes model YAMLs that the SDK live checks flagged and that still fail on main (confirmed in run 40497772917).

• Bedrock gpt-5.6-luna, gpt-5.6-terra, gpt-6.1-sol, claude-opus-5-5, grok-4.6 (us. and global.): removeParams: [temperature, top_p]. responses/params and chat/params return 400 for these (same pattern as gpt-6.1-terra in fix(sdk-live-test): skip :batch variants, drop temperature for bedrock gpt-6.1-terra #5753).
• Bedrock grok-4.6 (us. and global.): drop prompt_caching; the API returns 403 "did not allow prompt caching".
• Microsoft Foundry claude-opus-4-7, claude-sonnet-4-5: add n to removeParams; chat/params returns 400 "n: Extra inputs are not permitted".

Not covered: OpenAI gpt-5.6/gpt-6 sampling params, Mistral assistant_prefill (needs prefix: true), Bedrock au./eu. Claude IDs, undeployed Foundry models, and account-side issues (credits, access, secrets).
