Agent-session visualization and tooltip layout only; no API or auth changes, with unit tests covering scroll and axis bounds.

Overview
Session timeline can scroll horizontally when many turns or minimum turn-bar width forces the chart wider than the pane. Layout now stretches short turns to a 32px minimum via getTimelineTurnStretch / timelineChartMs, maps segments and axis ticks through that stretched coordinate system, and skips turn labels that would not fit. Axis labels still use rounded duration text while tick density grows on wide charts (~one per 120px).

Metric tooltips cap list height and scroll: cost-per-turn and tool-call breakdowns scroll vertically (truncated labels + title where needed); the context breakdown uses scrollX so long turn labels stay on one line and scroll horizontally inside the popup.
