Overview
Upgrades Fern (CLI 5.143.4 → 5.171.3) and regenerates the TypeScript (3.107.6) and Python (5.41.7) SDKs, pulling in upstream HTTP/runtime fixes plus small server and doc tweaks.

Generated clients now pass errors.TrueForgeError into encodePathParam, which rejects . and .. path segments so requests cannot resolve to a different route. AvailableModel.warning doc text is updated in both SDKs.

TypeScript SDK core changes behavior in several areas: fetch timeouts cover full body reads (with cleanup on retry), malformed JSON on success vs error responses is handled more precisely, retries honor abort during backoff, passthrough timeouts surface as TimeoutError, SSE supports envelopeEvents, setObjectProperty is non-mutating, and TrueForgeError.requestId reads X-Request-Id with a fallback header match.

Python SDK mirrors path validation, adds case-insensitive header merge, safer Retry-After-ms parsing, optional retry_remote_protocol_errors, pagination helpers for nested page fields, and Pydantic fixes (drop case-colliding extras, union fallback keeps unknown data).

TrueForge server: resolveMcpServer is renamed to getMcpConnection at the runtime helper and MCP/turn call sites (behavior unchanged).
