There is a really neat library in there that does something similar. It's AIJsonUtilities.CreateJsonSchema(type);
They're baking it into Semantic Kernel now, so if you folks use that library instead of this, you may also get some Semantic Kernel compatibility that would be worth exploring.
Maybe if you find some things you folks do better than that does, you could pass along some PRs?
