The Pion DTLS update broke both independent peer CI lanes because checked-in dependency notices still named the previous module version. Regenerate notices from the final compatible graph and pin the peer to Go 1.26.9 by digest. DTLS 3.1.14, WebRTC 4.2.24, and compatible Go x/* updates also remove the observed reachable Go advisories. License text remains unchanged.
Add the organization bot auto-merge workflow targeting Validate; this repository previously had no caller.
Validation: complete Go module graph/update review, module verification, govulncheck 1.9.0 (zero reachable or imported-package advisories; unimported x/crypto/openpgp advisory has no fix), Release solution build (zero warnings), dotnet outdated/vulnerable reports (no vulnerabilities; historical 0.2.2 regression package remains intentionally pinned), publication tests, 63/63 protocol tests, 321/321 managed network cases, historical package regression checks, and 450/450 final local Pion container cases. Actionlint and diff checks pass.
Linux x64/arm64 NativeAOT and peer execution must pass the updated CI. Local macOS NativeAOT publishes but execution exposes a reproducible pre-existing RTCP argument corruption, tracked separately in #9; runtime/test guards remain unchanged. No provider endpoints or credentials were used.
