ci: drop duplicate pnpm version pin - #11

pnpm/action-setup@v4 hard-errors when a version is pinned both in the workflow and in package.json's packageManager field. Drop the workflow pin; the packageManager pin (pnpm@9.0.0+sha512...) wins and is exact.

Every PR's CI has failed since 2026-08-18 at the pnpm/action-setup@v4 step with "Multiple versions of pnpm specified": the workflow pinned
