add full wireless mcu cc3235sf trace repro

Motivation

• Capture the complete WirelessMCU_CC3235SF schematic trace input, including its capacitor banks and support circuitry.

Before

• The solver had no full-circuit snapshot covering the split C12-C16 ground rail.

After

• A semantic SVG snapshot records the current routing so the capacitor-rail alignment regression can be fixed and reviewed separately.
